Residence Halls
Traditional Residence Hall Info
Residence in Oakwood, Elmwood, Maplewood, Northlawn, and Roselawn residence halls includes continuous meal service plus $100 Royal Cash. The dining hall is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday - Friday; Sat 10:30-1 and 5-6; Sunday 11:30-1 and 5-6. Refer to the Dining Services page for more information.
Rates per semester:
- Double Occupancy Rate: $3,600
- Single Occupancy Rate: $4,400
- Northlawn 4th Floor Single Occupancy: $4,100
- Northlawn Suites: $3,850
- Roselawn Single Occupancy: $3,800 (*for students 20 years old or juniors by Sept. 1)
Suite Info
Residence in suites and apartments in Hillside or Parkwood includes 60 block meals per semester plus $50 Royal Cash. The dining hall is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday – Friday; Sat 10:30-1 and 5-6; Sunday 11:30-1 and 5-6. Refer to the Dining Services page for more information.
Rates per semester:
- Hillside (single): $3,250
- Hillside (double): $2,950
- Parkwoods (single): $3,050
- Parkwoods (double): $2,600
- Parkwoods Garden Apt (single): $2,550
Discounts
A $750 discount per semester is available for students who are eligible to live off campus (Senior/21 year old+) but choose to live on campus. Students must be seniors and 21 by September 1, 2009. Meal plans are not required.
