Estimated costs for SPI 2009
These estimates do not include lodging and food costs for days between sessions.
Please note:
*If you do not have health insurance that is valid in the U.S., you will be required to buy temporary insurance at a cost of $81.00 for coverage from 4/28/09-8/20/09. For more information, see web site at: www.BollingerInsurance.com/EMU
* Please note that if you are an international participant being sponsored for your studies at SPI 2009 and are considering applying for a J1 visa instead of a B1, the SEVIS fee (mandatory Department of Homeland Security fee in addition to cost of visa) has recently risen from $100 to $200. This is a fee that the participant or sponsoring organization will need to pay before the participant can apply for a visa.
