Our office is here to help design and print your publications. To begin a request, fill out the print request form. Project and Video Coordinator Lindsey Roeschley processes the requests with designers Jon Styer and Mike Eberly.
Our graphic designers can also guide you through the proper steps in creating your own print piece and finding an appropriate copying and printing service, like the on-campus print shop. Be sure to review the on-campus publicity guidelines and the EMU editorial style guide (for text, graphics and the web pages) before working on or distributing your own pieces.

Public Information Officer Jim Bishop provides the campus and the community with news about students, staff, and activities. If you have a question, suggestion, or news tip, contact Jim at or x4211.
Web
Our office manages and designs the content on the EMU website. Anyone with website comments or in need of assistance should e-mail or use the web request form. Web staff includes Marcy Gineris (web content manager), Jason Garber (web and new media coordinator), and Mike Eberly (web designer).
NOTE: Many departments and offices have "web curators" who maintain and/or develop department-related web pages. Curators should be familiar with the university's official web design standards, editorial style guide, and color guide.
Photos
Although not a photography service, our department supplies pictures for EMU publications and web pages. Contact Lindsey Roeschley, project and video coordinator, at x4634 to request a photo, to review our stock of EMU photos, or for help repurposing images.
Crossroads and Peacebuilder
Bonnie Price Lofton, publications editor, is the editor of these EMU magazines and also serves as the contact person for CJP news and the broader media.
